Under his leadership, MultiCore has rapidly grown to oversee assets across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida, with a growing pre-development pipeline in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

With nearly two decades of experience in real estate and property management, Adam has built a career dedicated to driving performance, strengthening communities, and delivering long-term value to property owners and investors. Before launching MultiCore, Adam served as Area Vice President at RKW Residential, His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Greystar, W3 Luxury Living, ZRS Management, and Quarterra Group.

Adam began his career in leasing and quickly rose through the ranks by combining operational expertise with a people-first approach. His hands-on experience at every level of property management—from leasing professional to executive leadership—gives him a unique perspective on how to scale teams, optimize operations, and maximize asset value. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Adam continues to expand MultiCore’s footprint across the Southeast while advising on innovative approaches to asset and property management.

Mary O’Brien Jordan is a results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in construction and financial analysis. She brings proven expertise in budget optimization, trend analysis, and performance tracking, with a track record of improving efficiency and guiding projects to success. Her career spans partnerships with both established general contractors and start-ups, giving her hands-on knowledge of every phase of construction from land acquisition to post-completion operations.

As a collaborative leader, Mary has led cross-functional teams, influenced strategic decisions, and mentored colleagues to achieve both personal and organizational goals. Known for fostering strong relationships and cultivating teamwork, she consistently creates an environment where people and projects thrive.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Business Administration minor from Louisiana State University, where she graduated as class valedictorian. She now resides in San Antonio, TX.
