Meet The Team
ADAM
MARCUS
Adam Marcus is the CEO and Founder of MultiCore Asset Management, a full-service asset management firm specializing in the multifamily industry. Under his leadership, MultiCore has rapidly grown to oversee assets across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida, with a growing pre-development pipeline in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
With nearly two decades of experience in real estate and property management, Adam has built a career dedicated to driving performance, strengthening communities, and delivering long-term value to property owners and investors. Before launching MultiCore, Adam served as Area Vice President at RKW Residential, His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Greystar, W3 Luxury Living, ZRS Management, and Quarterra Group.
Adam began his career in leasing and quickly rose through the ranks by combining operational expertise with a people-first approach. His hands-on experience at every level of property management—from leasing professional to executive leadership—gives him a unique perspective on how to scale teams, optimize operations, and maximize asset value. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Adam continues to expand MultiCore’s footprint across the Southeast while advising on innovative approaches to asset and property management.
TERESA
DEVOS
Teresa is a multifaceted and results driven leader with more than 30 years of experience in multifamily property operations, asset & portfolio management, client services and strategic business planning. As an advisor to the executive team, and as COO for MultiCore, she brings exceptional experience to drive business strategies, oversee corporate operations and initiatives, and assist clients and owners in developing and executing property investment objectives. In her role, she will ensure that Multicore’s focus remains on operational excellence in a dynamic environment. She has created internal asset management teams for institutional investors and led growth and operations for property management firms. Her career includes working with DLP Capital, RKW Residential, Waypoint Real Estate Investments and Carroll Organization. Throughout her career and now she remains actively involved in advising and participating as a Board member for several organizations, many of which are focused on housing attainability and creating community within the multifamily space. Teresa has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from the University of Central Florida.
MARY O’BRIEN
JORDAN
Mary O’Brien Jordan is a results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in construction and financial analysis. She brings proven expertise in budget optimization, trend analysis, and performance tracking, with a track record of improving efficiency and guiding projects to success. Her career spans partnerships with both established general contractors and start-ups, giving her hands-on knowledge of every phase of construction from land acquisition to post-completion operations.
As a collaborative leader, Mary has led cross-functional teams, influenced strategic decisions, and mentored colleagues to achieve both personal and organizational goals. Known for fostering strong relationships and cultivating teamwork, she consistently creates an environment where people and projects thrive.
Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Business Administration minor from Louisiana State University, where she graduated as class valedictorian. She now resides in San Antonio, TX.
